- 4-5 small tomatoes
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 inch dalchini
- 2 cloves
- 3-4 black pepper
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 Turmeric powder
- 1 pinch hing
- as required Dry mango powder
- 3 Boiled potatoes
- as required Water
Steps to make to make Kachori with aloo sabji
- Now, let's start with the dough.Take a parat and add all-purpose flour, clarified butter and salt And carom seeds and mix it well.
- Now add water as required and knead the dough.
- Now lets prepare stuffing -
For stuffing moong dal was soaked for 2 hours. After 2 hours grind it in mixer.
- Now take a wok, add 3 tablespoon oil into it and then add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and crushed coriander seeds into it and then add 4 tablespoonS gram flour into it and roast it for 2-3 minutes and add all the spices like salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and black pepper powder
- After roasting add grinded lentil (dal) into it and grate ginger into it.
- And add hing by mixing two tablespoon water into it and the mixture will be dried mixture and add kasuri methi. After mixing it will get dry let it cool.
- For potato sabji, take a mixer add chopped tomatoes, green chilli, fennel seeds, dalchini, ginger, cloves, black pepper and grind it
- Now take a wok and add 2 tablespoonS oil into it and add grinded mixture into it and cook it until it starts leaving oil and then add spices salt, hing, dry mango powder into it
- Now add boiled and mashed potatoes into it and mix it well and then add water and then bring it to boil and mix them well.Then it ready.
- Now for kachori knead the dough again and take a small portion from it and roll it makes it thin from sides than from center and then put the stuffing into it And then close it by covering from all sides
- Then press it on palm..
- And fry it in hot oil and serve it with sabji.
