- Take a big bowl mix besan, jeera, salt, redb chilli powder, hing and black pepper, baking soda and oil. Then add the curd and mix well, knead a dough for making gatte.
- Now divide the dough into 6 - 7 parts.and make Roll like cylindrical tubes.
- Boil 4..5 cups of water and put all these rolls in it. cook it for 15 mins or till the rolls get cooked from inside.Cut a piece to check if they are cooked properly and evenly, Otherwise cook for some more
- Now Take out the rolls from the water and keep the water aside.
- Cut the roll into round pieces.
- Now take a pan add oil, Sutter jeera and then add ginger garlic paste, saute, then add onion paste saute add tomato puree cooked well, add all spices mix well.
- Add water, then add gatte, mix well.
- Sabji is ready, serve with nan or chapati.
