- Firstly, in a pan dry roast moong dal, add fennel seeds,add cumin seeds.now grind it in a mixer jar and powder them.In a pan add oil, add chopped onion, add coriander, add green chilli, add gram flour
- Now add moong dal powder mix well, add red chilli powder, add salt mix it well properly. Now stuffing is ready. Firstly,in a large mixing bowl add all-purpose flour,add carom seeds, add salt and mix it.

- Cover them for 15 mins. Now pinch a small lemon sized ball and flatten it. Now scoop of 1 tbsp of moong dal stuffing.get the edges together and form a bundle.
