  28. 1/2 tsp oregano
  29. 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions to make to make Pizza

  1. Take warm milk and add the sugar and dissolve. Then add the yeast and mix it well and keep aside covered for 5 mins to proof.
  2. Now the yeast has bloomed. Take maida and add a little salt, olive oil and then mix well. Add the yeast mix and knead. Add more water, needed to knead.
  3. Knead well for more 5 mins by adding little oil. Cover and keep it to bloom fir 2 hours.
  4. For chicken: Add all the masala and curd and marinate the chicken for about half hour and then shallow fry it.
  5. Chicken is ready. Now flatten the dough by hands in the greased pizza pan.
  6. Prick the dough with fork. Top some mozzarella cheese plus cheddar.
  7. Apply some pizza sauce. Add fried chicken pieces. Add tomatoes.
  8. Add some capsicum, cheddar, olives then mozzarella and some toppings.
  9. Lastly add some oregano and drizzle olive oil on sides. Bake in preheated oven for 25 mins or till done.
