- Take a large kneading bowl, add wheat flour and chickpea SW (Besan) flour.

- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin-coriander powder.
- Add white sesame seeds and ginger, garlic chilli paste.
- Add chopped fenugreek leaves (Methi).
- Add curd and oil. Knead the dough with water as required.let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Roll out 2inch balls.
- Using a rolling pin roll into a chapati structure, round and not too think not too thin.
- Set a pan on medium flame and apply oil on both the sides of thepla, cook until you observe some bubble and brown spots.
