  1. Measure your flour,.....add yeast into the water stir cover and let it rest for 5mins.........in your flour add sugar then knead with the yeast water to a soft dough
  2. Once well kneaded oil your dough and cover with clinc film/kitchen cloth put in a warm place....for 1 hour till it doubles in size
  3. Boil your minced.....add in onion + garlic, little cooking oil, salt+ carrot....stir till they are well mixed set a side.......in another pan.....fry onion + garlic, add in chopped tomatoes, salt, chilli cube,garam masala, tomato sauce....stir let the sauce cook on low medium heat......in your baking tray align parchment paper.......roll out your dough put on top of the baking tray with parchment........then spread your sauce
  4. After sauce now spread your cooked minced on top.....then toppings of your choice......bake @200 degrees for 30mins/until ready
  5. Serve with accompaniment of your choice.......yummy!
