  5. 1/2 cup chopped green coriander
  6. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  7. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  8. 2 green chilli chopped
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  10. 1/2 tsp roasted panch phutan
  11. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  12. to taste Salt
  13. For the stuffing
  14. 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  15. 2 tbsp jalapeno finely chopped
  16. as needed Pineapple Salsa
  17. 1/3 tsp perperi powder
  18. Ingredients
  19. Pineapple Salsa
  20. 2 slice roasted pineapple
  21. 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauces
  22. BabaGanoushDip
  23. 1 medium size eggplant roasted
  24. 3 tbsp hung curd
  25. 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  26. 2 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves
  27. 1 tsp garlic grated
  28. 1 tsp grated ginger
  29. 1/2 tsp tahini paste
  30. to taste Salt
  31. TzatziDip
  32. 2 tbsp grated cucumber(water squized out)
  33. 2 tbsp hung curd
  34. 2 tsp chopped green coriander leaves
  35. 1/2 tsp ginger grated
  36. 1/3 tsp garlic grated
  37. to taste Salt
  38. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  39. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  40. 1/3 tsp black pepper powder
  41. Salad
  42. 1 cup chopped lettuce 1/2 cup grated cucumber (water drained)
  43. 1 cup chopped green,red, yellow bell paper
  44. 1 tbsp chopped onion
  45. 1/2 tsp grated garlic
  46. 3 tbsp salad dressing
  47. 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Steps to make to make Lebanese Main Course

  1. Mix the ingredients of stuffing well and keep aside.

    Grind and ingredients of dough in a grinder to a coarse paste. Rest it for 10 minutes.

    Make cylindrical cutlets with 1 tsp stuffing and deep fry in low-medium flame.
    Crispy and delicious falafel is ready.
  2. Chopped the pineapple slices into small chunks and mix the sauce. Salsa is ready.
  3. Mix all the ingredients above and make a smooth paste.

    Transfer to a serving container and garnish with pomegranate kernel and coriander leaves.
  4. Mix all the ingredients nicely with the help of a spoon and the dip is ready.
  5. Mix all salad ingredients with salad dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.
