Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Lebanese Main Course:
- Falafel
- For the dough
- 1 cup black chickpeas
- 1 tbsp green capsicum, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green coriander
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 green chilli chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp roasted panch phutan
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- to taste Salt
- For the stuffing
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp jalapeno finely chopped
- as needed Pineapple Salsa
- 1/3 tsp perperi powder
- Ingredients
- Pineapple Salsa
- 2 slice roasted pineapple
- 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauces
- BabaGanoushDip
- 1 medium size eggplant roasted
- 3 tbsp hung curd
- 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- 2 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves
- 1 tsp garlic grated
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp tahini paste
- to taste Salt
- TzatziDip
- 2 tbsp grated cucumber(water squized out)
- 2 tbsp hung curd
- 2 tsp chopped green coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp ginger grated
- 1/3 tsp garlic grated
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/3 tsp black pepper powder
- Salad
- 1 cup chopped lettuce 1/2 cup grated cucumber (water drained)
- 1 cup chopped green,red, yellow bell paper
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 3 tbsp salad dressing
- 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
Steps to make to make Lebanese Main Course
- Mix the ingredients of stuffing well and keep aside.
Grind and ingredients of dough in a grinder to a coarse paste. Rest it for 10 minutes.
Make cylindrical cutlets with 1 tsp stuffing and deep fry in low-medium flame.
Crispy and delicious falafel is ready. - Chopped the pineapple slices into small chunks and mix the sauce. Salsa is ready.
- Mix all the ingredients above and make a smooth paste.
Transfer to a serving container and garnish with pomegranate kernel and coriander leaves. - Mix all the ingredients nicely with the help of a spoon and the dip is ready.
- Mix all salad ingredients with salad dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.
