  1. For preparing dough mix all dry ingredients together then add yoghurt and knead the dough until soft. Let it rest for half an hour
  2. Mix all ingredients for preparing the sauce.
  3. Heat a pan add oil heat it,splutter in with cumin seeds, add frozen or cooked green peas saute for a while, then add powdered poha or rice flour Cook until raw smells goes.
  4. Then add masala powders saute for 2 minutes, then mash the potatoes and add into it mix everything well add salt lemon juice give a quick mix and turn off the flame.
  5. Make small balls out of the mixture press it's gently under the palm
  6. Dip in all purpose flour water mix then in the bread crumbs and deep fry it
  7. From the prepared dough make small balls roll into oval shapes. Cook on a heated tawa for 30 seconds each sides. Similarly cook all naans.
