I wanted to post this recipe for a very long time and finally got opportunity to make it thanks to GA4 . North Indians love Parathas specially stuffed ones. This is my style Cauliflower stuffed parathas please try making this recipe it's truly delicious. Let's have a look at the ingredients and recipe step by step.

Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Gobhi ke Parathe:

  1. For Dough
  2. 2 cups wheat flour
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. As required water for kneading soft dough
  5. 1 tsp oil to be added in dough
  6. Cauliflower filling
  7. 2 cups grated cauliflower
  8. 1 tsp garlic green chilli paste
  9. 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  10. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tsp Kashmiri Lal red chili powder
  12. 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  13. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  14. As per taste salt
  15. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  16. Handful Chopped coriander leaves
  17. As required oil for making filling
  18. As required oil for frying Parathas

Instructions to make to make Gobhi ke Parathe

  1. Firstly wash and grate cauliflower florets
  2. Meanwhile knead a soft dough ensure that the dough is extra moist
  3. Now keep garlic green chilli paste ready.
  4. Now in a kadhai heat oil, then add cumin seeds saute for half a minute and then add garlic green chilli paste. Saute for a minute till raw aroma of garlic disappears.
  5. Now add grated cauliflower and saute well
  6. Now add all the masalas - turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhaniya jeera powder and Garam Masala powder. Mix well
  7. Now to this mixture add salt and give it a good mix
  8. Now add kasuri methi and lots of chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and switch off the flame
  9. Now filling is ready so take it out on a separate plate and allow it to cool down completely
  10. Once the mixture is cooled down. Take a ball size portion from the dough and make a katori with the help of your hands and add 2 tbsp of filling. Seal the dough and it's ready to be rolled
  11. Now start rolling Parathas by applying very less pressure.
  12. Heat a tawa and put your rolled Paratha over it. Apply some oil on both sides and roast the Paratha
  13. Garama Garam Gobhi ke Paranthe are ready to serve.
  14. Serve it with dahi, pickle, butter or any Chutney of your choice.
