  22. 1/4 cauliflower
  23. 30 g cheddar or emmentali cheese or any cheese that melts good
  24. 2 tbsp oil
  25. Little salt
  26. For "cream" on top of cake
  27. 1/2 green cabbage
  28. Little salt
  29. 2 tbsp oil
  30. Handful fresh chives
  31. Decoration on top of cake
  32. 100 g turkey cold cut meat (skip it if you dont eat meat)
  33. 1 eggplant
  34. Some olive oil for frying
  35. to taste Salt

  1. Shred the cauliflower, the peeled carrots and the cabbage

  8. Assemble the cake: take the bottom layer of cake and spread the cauliflower "cream" on it carefully
  9. Create the decoration on top layer: first the cabbage "cream", then arrange the turkey meat and eggplants, like roses
  10. Put the top layer on top of bottom layer, serve warm
