- 3 Eggs
- Beaten with salt and pepper
- 2-3 cup Atta
- Form a dough as you would for paratha
- 2 Onions
- Chopped
- 4-5 green chillies
- Chopped
- 2 tbsp Green chutney
- Mint+ coriander+ raw mango+ salt +sugar (optional)
- 3-4 tbsp Chilli Tomato sauce
- 3-4 tbsp if you don't have it add red chilli flakes to the sauce
- 3-4 tsp Oil
- 1 tbsp each roll
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tbs Black Pepper
- Water(as per requirement for the dough)
Instructions to make to make Egg rolls
- Roll the dough in a circular shape larger and lil thicker than your regular chapati.
- Now cook it from one side. And slightly cook the other side.Donot add oil.
- 1/2 Add oil to the pan. Add half the egg mixture. Circle it around. Make it big.
- And stick the cooked side of the paratha on the raw side of the egg mixture. They'll stick
- Now, flip and add oil as you would do to your pratha.. the amount depends on you.
- Make some cheera on the egg portion.Flip it again and then keep it in a plate.
- Add green chutney on half and tomato sauce on other half (on the egg side). Add the chopped onions and green chillies.. sprinkle some pepper if you want.
