  1. Put boiled potatoes, peas, fenugreek, coriander, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and fennel in a mixing bowl or plate and mix them all well.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin and let it crackle, after that add garlic and ginger and cook/stir for few seconds, add the prepared potato masala mixture, and mix well and turn off the heat.
