- 1 dash vanilla essence

- Mix the cream cheese, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Whisk well to get a smooth sauce and set aside.
- Mix the milk and vinegar in a cup and mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes. Meanwhile mix all the dry ingredients for the dough. Add the milk+vinegar mixture and the butter and knead to get a soft dough. Set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Mix the brown sugar, cornflour and cinnamon powder and set aside. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Apply the butter evenly all over. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture and press down with the rolling pin. Fold into 3 flaps and cut out long strips. Cut each strip into 3 sections leaving the top intact.
- Form braids of these strips, roll them up and place into greased muffin moulds.
- Preheat a kadhai with some salt. Place a ring stand of 1 inch height onto the salt and place the muffin tray on it. Cover the kadhai and cook on medium flame for 20 minutes.
- Once cooked remove and brush with some butter cover with a towel and set aside for 10 minutes. Drizzle some cheesy sauce on it and Enjoy!!
