- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 4-5 boiled and coarsely mashed potatoes
- as required Oil for frying
Instructions to make to make Samosa
- First heat a pan with oil add panchporan sauté it then add green chilli sauté it.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and all the listed spices, salt and Little bit of water mix it and fry for a minute.
- After that add the potatoes mix it well and at last add lemon juice and coriander leaves mix it and switch off the flame after 1 minute.
- Remove to a plate and let it cool down completely.
- Now take all purpose flour to a mixing bowl add carom seeds salt and ghee mix it well for 2-3 medium if the mixture binds in your hand it means it̢۪s done or it̢۪s ready for kneading.
- Now add water gradually and knead it to make proper dough.
- Now take a small portion of the dough and make round ball it, roll it round then cut it from the middle and take one part of it and put some stuffing on it and fold it to make like samosa.
- Do the same with all.
- Now drop the samosa in preheated oil and fry it in medium heat till golden and crispy then remove it to a kitchen towel.
- Our yummy and crispy samosa is ready. Serve with tomato sauce.
